• Fragrances, swimwear, and underwear are non refundable and non exchangeable.
• Customer covers return shipping costs.
• Ensure returns are well packed to prevent damage.
• Footwear returns must include protective outer packaging; damaged boxes may void the return.

Keep your return tracking information as proof of postage. For returns outside the UK, mark as "Returned Goods - Of No Commercial Value" to avoid customs charges, which are the customer's responsibility.
