Converging the worlds of American sportswear with Italian mountaineering, two heritage brands set off to seek new creative altitudes in the sophomore iteration of Diemme x GANT, a limited-edition unisex capsule collection. Produced on a small scale by Diemme’s artisanal factory an hour outside of Venice, the ankle-high hiking boot features both elements of Diemme’s mountaineering heritage and GANT’s modern, preppy DNA. The boot is made in full-grain, vegetable-dyed cow leather with a custom block rubber sole, an EVA midsole, and a footbed made of cow leather and a vegetable latex compound for enhanced comfort. Custom rubber trims protect against rocks, mud, and road salt. The padded tongue bears a shared Diemme and GANT logo stamp, marking the collaboration. Plus, each shoe comes with additional optional lace colors, so you can wear them your way – the black boots come with black, cream, and neon green laces; the orange boots come with cream, neon green, and bright blue laces; and the pink boots come with cream, light blue, and neon green laces.
